Welcome to the wonderful world of Kiwi! Equipped with three different ends for different kinds of sensations and massage techniques, Kiwi can be used on the outside of your body by:
Using the medium and broad ends for tightness in the butt, hips, thighs, and lower belly
Laying in vibration where it feels good
For all of these exercises, it's recommended to:
Start with 30-0s on a given area, gradually increasing this over time
Take note of localized sensations—what's tender? What's feeling better?
Check in with your mental health—how's your breathing? Are you beginning to feel anxious or shut down? Do you feel super relaxed? These cues will help you know how your body is feeling, and whether you can continue or if you need to slow down a bit.
