Patients can have pelvic floor dysfunction for a number of reasons, but in this video Dr. Lance Frank PT, DPT, MPH will discuss the implications of an overactive pelvic floor as it relates to incontinence, prolapse, and pelvic pain. Lance has a background in the clinical management of fitness athletes with pelvic floor dysfunction and this video will explain how pelvic floor symptoms can present in patients with fitness goals in mind.
