Restore mobility in the spine for pre-strengthening, or pre- and post-muscle release exercises.

Equipment: mat, half foam roller or rolled up towel/blanket

Disclaimer: Do some of those back stretches feel a little intense? Understandable! Feel free to take a break, focus on one part of your spine (lower, middle, upper) to start, or use a smaller towel roll for a less extreme stretch.

  • Supine leg marches progression with foam roller
