Â A common component of a home exercise program we give to those suffering with any of these complaints is the colon massage. Â This massage you can easily do at home, encourages peristalsis, or the involuntary squeezing of our intestines to push food through so that we can eliminate it in a timely manner. Efficient digestion and movement of food through our intestines is mandatory for a healthy, happy, pelvic floor.
