Setting the container not only allows everyone watching to feel more prepared, but also more comfortable (especially when this content can be a bit heavy). This content is so important to not only educate, but it also provides a safe place for people to feel safe feeling their feelings. My hope is that by providing this space, people will feel comfortable learning and deconstructing sexual trauma.
