Where’s my what now? We all know (or should hopefully know) what the vagina is, but if we are going to talk sex, we need to understand what else is down there. Part of the reason why sex feels good is the pelvic floor muscles which engorge with blood, contract and relax, and give us the ability to orgasm.

In order to achieve some of our bedroom goals, those muscles need to be able to elongate, shorten, and pretty much go the distance. So how do we find them?
