Be prepared to do the following: 

  • Flex and extend toes and ankles
  • Bend and straighten legs
  • Rotate hips
  • Rotate spine
  • Child's pose
  • Sphinx pose
  • Upward facing dog
  • Chest opener
  • Bend and straighten arms
  • Flex and extend wrists and fingers
  • Flex, extend, and rotate neck
