Dr. Casie Danenhauer is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, yoga instructor, and owner of Enlighten Physical Therapy in Santa Monica, CA. Her mission is to provide conscious care for her pelvic health clients through education and embodiment practices. She combines her skills as a pelvic floor PT and yoga instructor to facilitate a unique and holistic path towards healing both individually and in group settings. Her philosophy maintains a balance between evidence-based science and an integrative consideration of yoga therapy including the physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual systems for maximizing whole body health. Dr. Casie leads workshops, retreats, and teaches pelvic health internationally including teaching for Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. She has extensive training and experience in treating people with pelvic floor dysfunction, pelvic pain, and issues related to sexual health. In addition she also works with many people prior to, during, and post-partum to optimize health and wellness related to pregnancy. Her current services include one-on-one physical therapy care, a variety of online offerings, and tele-health visits.
